After driving up on the day before the show through torrential rain and high winds, it was lovely to get a good nights sleep before embarking to the show through the frost and some fog patches. As ever a lovely friendly show and Zebedee did us proud with a second place in Open. Lottie was agianst the 'big' girls, I had entered her in the wrong class by mistake however she was placed third and then third again in Novice. George was completely hyper but was fifth in Post Graduate. A very worthwhile trip for the boys and girls

At last some time to go to a show again. The team consisted of Lottie, Maise and Hector. Lottie won Junior and was Best puppy in Breed, and 4th in thr puppy group, Maisie was 2nd in junior and Hector won Open and was Best of breed. Not bad for our first time out for a while.

Lovely setting in the shadow of the mountains, and a lovely day. Hector was first in and was 3rd in Post Graduate, he was on good form. Jacques was next in Limit and was 4th, Lottie was 5th in Novice and Maisie was short listed in Post Graduate.

Arrived in plenty of time and fairly good weather. First in the ring was Pip who I was handling for Kate and Dougie, yes he is litter brother to Grace and Lottie, he was placed 3rd in Minor puppy and fifth in puppy. For his first Champ Show under canvas he behaved remarkably well. Next was Zebedee in Open where he was placed 4th. Then Lottie was in Minor Puppy and was placed 2nd and... 2nd in puppy. Maisie was next for her first time out this year and was placed 5th in yearling and in post graduate. An excellent day and they all behaved!!!

Unfortunately my mare Saphire was scanned today not in foal, we will try again next year. Meanwhile we will both be trying to get fitter and lose some weight.
Much better weather today, Lottie won Minor puppy bitch and I forgot to take her to the stakes classes!!!
Another blustery show but Grace and Lottie enjoyed their day out with Grace getting second and Lottie fifth

Hooray, Hector was back on form, no noisy tents flapping, and was 3rd in Post Graduate. Lottie continued to upset the puppy class and was placed 3rd.
A good day and weather not too bad although the jopurney home was awful.

A very windy day with tents flapping and clanging. Unfortunately, Hector decided he could not cope with having to stand under cover and as many of the other pointers did, went to pieces. Once outside he was fine and moved well but was not placed due to being silly about the tent - I received many compliments about how well he looked now and condolences about his silliness which was lovely and cheered me up a bit. He is only two and has a long way to go yet! However, the two girls coped admirably and Lottie at 7 months was placed third in the puppy class - top girl!!
